Products and prices

Prices are in EUR (indicatively also shown in RON at the daily rate) and include VAT for consumers. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before order confirmation.

Ordering and payment

Orders are completed through a secure Shopify checkout (card and other displayed methods). The contract is concluded upon e-mail confirmation of the order. Approved B2B customers may also pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.

Delivery, returns, warranty

Liability

Site content (texts, images, specifications) is informative; we are not liable for obvious display errors. Trademarks mentioned belong to their respective manufacturers.

Disputes

Romanian law applies. Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
