Design upload & approval
For personalised products the process is simple: send us your design, approve the mockup and we start production. Here is how it works:
Prepare your design
Use your own designer or our graphics team. We accept PDF, AI, PNG or JPG — ideally vector or at least 300 dpi.
Send your design
After placing your order, e-mail the file to hello@vipkart.ro together with your order number. No finished design? Just tell us what you need. You can also upload the file directly from your account: My account → My designs.
Approve the mockup
Our graphics team checks your file and sends you a mockup for approval. We make any adjustments together — production starts only after your OK.
Production & delivery
Once approved, your products go into production, are carefully packed and shipped by courier. You receive the tracking number (AWB) by e-mail.
File specifications
Standard CR-80 card: 85.6 × 54 mm + 3 mm bleed. Minimum 300 dpi, CMYK colours, fonts converted to outlines. For lanyards, send your logo as vector (AI/PDF/SVG) plus the Pantone colour code if you have one.
