How does student ID card printing for schools work?
You send us the student list (Excel) with photos and your school logo. We prepare the design, you approve it, we print the PVC cards and deliver them ready to hand out — sorted by class on request.
What can be included on a student ID card?
Photo, name, class/department, school year, barcode or QR code, magnetic stripe and an RFID chip (MIFARE) for access control, canteen, library or attendance. Front and back are fully customisable.
What equipment does a school need to print its own ID cards?
A basic bundle: an ID card printer (Matica, Evolis, Zebra, Fargo or Magicard), a colour ribbon, blank PVC cards and design software. We recommend the right model based on how many cards you issue per year.
What is the minimum order and how long does delivery take?
We handle small runs (even a single lost-card reprint) up to thousands of cards. Lead time depends on volume and is confirmed in the quote; after design approval, typical runs usually ship within a few business days.
Can I order cards, lanyards and holders together?
Yes — most schools order the complete set: personalised card + lanyard with the school logo + card holder. One supplier, one delivery, matching colours.
What about students who enrol mid-year, or lost cards?
