Data we process

• Order and billing data: address, phone, ordered products.
• B2B data: company name, VAT number, registered address (verified via VIES/ANAF).
• Technical data strictly necessary for the site to work (session, cart).

Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance (orders and quotes), legal obligations (invoicing, accounting), legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention).

Recipients

Online payments are processed by Shopify (secure checkout); delivery data is shared with courier companies. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention

Billing data is kept for the statutory periods; account data until you delete your account.
