Delivery areas

We deliver to Romania and all European Union countries by courier.

Timescales

• In-stock products are handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery: Romania 1–3 business days, rest of the EU 3–7 business days.
• Made-to-order items (personalised cards, printed lanyards, special equipment) have lead times confirmed with your order.

Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Free-shipping thresholds, when active, are shown in the cart.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order ships. For large B2B orders, delivery is arranged together with our team.
