Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.

Procedure

• Notify us at info@vipkart.eu, quoting your order number.
• Return the products within 14 days of your notice, complete, unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for wrongly delivered or defective items.

Refunds

We refund the product value within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order products (cards printed with your data, custom lanyards) cannot be returned, per Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Warranty

All products carry the 2-year legal conformity warranty for consumers. Defective products are repaired or replaced free of charge.
